Who you are:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to work with our team for 20 hours per week. You are right for this role if you strive to create predictable, high-reliability record keeping. You are excited to use different systems like Salesforce, Mailchimp, Breezy and Asana to manage the flow of information. You are allergic to inaccuracy and double-check your work. You love a good manual and like to follow instructions.

What you’ll do:

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations across several of the Business Operations teams in our organization.

  • Coordinate across teams to ensure effective communication and workflow
  • Input and manage key data in Salesforce and other systems
  • Onboard and offboard employees in IMPaCT’s HRIS
  • Complete finance administrative tasks such as invoicing support
  • Handle other administrative tasks related to filing and data entry as needed
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in an operations role or similar position
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Experience with project management
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Quickbooks
